Shipping policy

This shipping policy is applicable to domestic (Australia) orders and all international orders.

 

At Retro Game Consoles, we ship worldwide and work hard to get your order dispatched quickly and delivered as smoothly as possible.

 

Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping on all orders.

 

Delivery Terms:

We use UPS, DHL, Yanwen & Yunexpress to deliver the product.

 

Processing Time:

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 0–2 days (Mon-Fri). This includes order verification, packing, and dispatch. During peak periods, promotional events, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

The order cut-off time will be 6:00 PM Australian Western Standard Time (Perth).

 

Estimated Delivery Time:

For most destinations, orders are delivered in approximately 5–9 days (Mon-Fri) after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local carrier performance, and customs processing (if applicable).

 

Possible Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Public holidays and peak seasonal periods

  • Customs clearance or local carrier delays

  • Stock availability or replenishment delays on certain models

If there is a stocking issue or anything that may delay your order beyond normal processing times, we will do our best to notify you and keep you updated.

 

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@retrogameconsoles.com or call us at +61451772799.


Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

 

Parcels Damaged In Transit 

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.


Tracking
